By using Bullsi you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product. You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to use crypto services where you live.
Bullsi wallets are non-custodial: keys are generated and held on your device, and only you can authorize transactions. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your keys and recovery material — lost keys cannot be recovered by us, and transactions you sign are irreversible.
Bullsi's AI scans, grades, scenarios, and all related content are informational risk analysis only. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and not a prediction. Memecoins are extremely volatile and can go to zero. You alone are responsible for your decisions.
Token swaps are routed through third-party protocols (e.g. Jupiter) and settle on the Solana blockchain; fiat purchases of SOL are provided by MoonPay under their own terms and KYC requirements. We do not control blockchains or third-party services and are not liable for their performance.
Bullsi charges a 1% platform fee on swap transactions executed through the app, collected in SOL and settled at the time of your trade. The fee is shown to you before you confirm any swap. No fee applies to deposits, withdrawals, transfers between wallets, or clan treasury operations.
Candi is an in-app utility credit used for features such as boosts and re-scans. Candi has no cash value, is not an investment, and purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use Bullsi for unlawful activity (including sanctions evasion or money laundering), to attack or abuse the service, to scrape or resell our data or AI output at scale, or to manipulate community features.
Bullsi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullsi LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to $100, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including trading losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
